Award:
​This is a $500 scholarship to be used toward school expenses. The Scholarship Committee will select a recipient and bring a recommendation to the OCSNO Board for approval. Recipient will be notified prior to the OCSNO Fall Conference and will be recognized at the Fall Conference. Application must be received no later than 11:59 pm on August 30th to be considered for the upcoming year.

Purpose:

1. To provide funding for an OCSNO member to further his/her education.
2. To improve school nursing practice and promote school health.

Eligibility:

1. Current, active OCSNO membership.
2. CSNO membership encouraged but not required.
3. Enrollment into a program leading to a nurse practitioner certification or an advanced degree in health or education related fields. 
4. Currently working as a School Nurse/School Readiness Nurse.
5. Completion and submission of application for OCSNO scholarship.
